National Population Register States
In some areas of India, The Registrar General of India is in the process of conducting enrolments for the National Population Register (NPR). During the registration through NPR, enrolment for Aadhaar will take place at the same time. The affected regions are:

Once you download the form in your preferred language, take a print of it and complete the form with all correct details. Attach all required self-attested documents with it and submit it to aadhar enrolment center.
